Reinaldo Leon

Reinaldo Leon joined the team in 2013 and is the Construction Foreman at H.L. Dynasty. Reinaldo is an accomplished and results-driven professional with over 25 years of experience in the construction and property management industry. He has thorough knowledge of the means and methods required to manage projects from start to finish on time and within budget. He is a problem solver whose dedication and transparency has enabled him to gain the trust and respect of clients, vendors and tenants.

 

Reinaldo is an instrumental part in successfully completing renovation and new construction projects with his extensive knowledge of building codes, influential negotiating skills, persistence and passion for building. He currently leads a team of 10 employees of various trades and oversees the daily operations of all on-going projects. Reinaldo is certified in lead/mold abatement, site safety supervision, scaffolding and 40-OSHA.

 

Reinaldo is a native New Yorker who grew up in the Bronx. He found his passion for building things when he started helping his father renovating apartments at the young age of 13. He enjoys spending time with his family, visiting Puerto Rico and in his spare time works on projects in his home.
