Novita Mitchell
Novita Mitchell joined the team in 2020 and is the Controller at H.L. Dynasty which has 3 entities under it, H.L. Property Management, LLC; H.L. General Constructions, Inc and H.L. Dynasty Real Estate Corp. She is responsible for the performance of all aspects of Accounting, Finance, Budget, Taxes and Personnel.
Novita has over 15 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry which includes Residential and Commercial, Developers, Acquisitions, Constructions and Real Estate Brokerage. She previously held roles at Colliers ABR, Inc and Triangle Equities, Inc. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Long Island University.
When Novita isn’t working her favorite hobby is traveling. Wherever she travels she loves trying the local food, learning to cook the local food, enjoys the beauties of the destination, the culture, and loves meeting people, always making new friends wherever she goes.
